In its work, Hydrostroy JSC adheres to the CODE OF PROFESSIONAL ETHICS OF THE BUILDER, adopted in 2018 by the General Assembly of the Chamber of Builders in Bulgaria. It introduces ethical criteria of conduct and professional relations between construction entities on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. The code aims to increase public confidence in the professionalism and morale of builders, as well as to raise the prestige of the construction profession.
Hydrostroy JSC has established an Integrated Management System that unifies the Quality Management System, the Occupational Health and Safety System, the Environmental Management System, and the Traffic Safety Management System. The company’s general policy is to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and products by fulfilling its commitments to clients competently and responsibly.
The management of Hydrostroy JSC has adopted a policy for ensuring health and safety at work, traffic safety management, and appropriate environmental management, including all employees, subcontractors, customers, and/or visitors, as well as all other stakeholders concerning the company’s activities.
Within the processes performed by Hydrostroy JSC, our employees establish and maintain the application of safe work practices, which minimize and eliminate the risks for the employees themselves, the subcontractors, the clients, and society.
