The project includes the modernization and widening of the road section DN 1A to 4 lanes, connection to the existing network, and implementation of road safety measures – sidewalks, pedestrian paths, and passages, bus stops, construction of intersections, landscaping, and other measures to improve vehicular and pedestrian traffic. The total length of the route is 1.28 km.
The project, the implementation of which will last 10 months, is part of Romania’s national implementation strategy for an integrated infrastructure of the Municipality of Bucharest, which provides the necessary basis for the growing transport demand and a high degree of road safety.
