Implementation of engineering (design, implementation of SMR, and implementation of author’s supervision) in connection with the implementation of the National Program for energy efficiency of multi-family residential buildings in the territory of the municipality of Smyadovo under separate position No. 1: residential block in the territory of the town of Smyadovo, located at “Rishki Prohod” Street #6.
Work projects were developed for the needs of the renovation, the author’s supervision was carried out and SMR implementation was carried out, including roof repair, thermal insulation of the buildings, repair of the water supply network, repair of the electrical network, and replacement of windows. The specific measures that should be implemented for each position are detailed in the structural survey, energy survey, passport, and technical specifications prepared for the buildings, an integral part of the participation documentation and available on the website of the Municipality of Smyadovo in the buyer’s profile section.
