Residential block 59 in Straldzha is a multi-family residential building, built in 1987, a type of large-panel construction and is a block with five entrances on 4 floors with a built-up area of 5,129 sq.m, with 60 apartments.
The national program finances BGN 849,362 for the implementation of energy efficiency measures in the building – thermal insulation of the external walls, ceilings, and floors, replacement of windows, repair of the roof, refreshment, and introduction of energy-saving lighting in the stairwells.
